The place was very clean and relaxing! April was excellent, she was very cognitive of my pain in my lower back and sciatica. She stretched me first and then proceeded with my 55 minute massage. It was the first time in over a month I was pain free! At the end of the massage she told me to look up hip flexor stretches!
